POR.Nz is primarily a URL shortening service designed for adult and pornographic content. As such, we consider the URL shortener, any user created short links, and this supporting website suitable only for use by those over the age of 18, or of adult age where the age of majority is higher in your country or territory.
This is despite this website not directly containing any material which could be considered pornographic (with the exception of some adverts) and therefore, not requiring the use of an age verification system.
We do not recommend the use of our service in countries or territories where the viewing or sharing of pornographic online content is illegal.
We stand firmly against the censorship of normal human desires and fully support freedom of expression for all adult workers, performers and artists.
However, we will be held in no way responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of this website and service in such countries.
We have a zero tolerance policy towards content which features those who have not, or those unable to give appropriate and legal consent to their participation.
This includes child pornography, beastiality, necrophilia, rape, upskirting, real hidden cameras, and revenge porn.
We do not allow links to content promoting these subjects, content involving real violence, or other forms of extreme pornography which negatively affect the image of legitimate and ethical artists and producers.
This includes fantasy content in the above categories which is edited in such a way that is indistinguishable from reality, and pornography including real torture techniques, weapons, bloodletting, self harm or physical injury.

Services
We use and participate in a variety of services to keep our URL shortener safe and secure for all users.
Some of these are listed below for your information.
Project Honeypot: Project Honeypot is a system for identifying spammers and their spambots. The POR.Nz URL shortener automatically checks every incoming IP address against Project Honeypot’s blacklist and blocks spammers from accessing the service.
Phishtank: Phishtank is dedicated to the fight against phishing. We are equally dedicated to protecting our users from phishing scams. All URLs entered into the POR.Nz shortener are continually checked against the Phishtank database and blocked if a match is found.
Additionally, we will report phishing URLs to Phishtank if they are reported using por.nz/abuse.
ASACP: The Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP) is a non-profit organization dedicated to eliminating child exploitation from the Internet through their website reporting system. We have processes in place for reporting any child sexual abuse material, linked to through our system, to the relevant authorities. Such content will also be reported to ASACP.
Inhope: Inhope is a child sexual abuse reporting service funded by the European Commision made up of hotlines based around the world. Reporting child sexual abuse material through Inhope hotlines forms part of our CSAM reporting process.
